
Bahrain National Holding Company (BNH) and its subsidiaries; Bahrain National Insurance Company (bni) and Bahrain National Life Insurance Company (bnl), successfully concluded their Internship Program 2017 with the participation of 16 students representing schools and universities in Bahrain and UK.
The program is designed to cater for graduate and undergraduate students and was equally distributed between males and females.
The program included an intensive practical training in all departments within the Group, during which the students were exposed to the various activities related to providing insurance services to individuals, and corporations covering all insurance industry segments as well as operational and administrative activities such as Human Resources, Finance, and IT. Specific programs, projects, tasks were given to each intern and were monitored and reviewed to insure attainment of knowledge of the insurance industry.
